Bookings Terms and Conditions
1.We take no
responsibility for the release of healing effects or healing crisis
that you may experience

courses or programmes.

not accept any credit cards. All bookings made more than a week in
advance
are to be
paid 50% at the time of booking by cheque (please telephone for payable
details)
and the rest
paid on
arrival by
cash. For last minute bookings, fees must be paid on arrival in cash.
All courses and
programmes booked are to be paid 50% deposit and then the rest 1 week
before arrival.
3.All deposits for room
bookings, courses and programmes are non refundable. The remaining
amount can
be exempt on cancellation if
a) There is a circumstance of illness/ accident/ death.
b)
The cancellation takes place 3 weeks before a course or programme
4. Guests must pay for any treatments at the time of having them by
cash.

Guest Conduct
Clients and their guests
are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times:
Unruly clients and their guests will be evicted with no refund of
monies paid.
The Phoenix Retreat,
reserves the right to hold the client liable for any loss or damage to
our property, fixtures and fittings, including items hired for their
use. They may also be held liable for injury to any person including
our staff which arises from the client’s actions.
Clients or their guests
may not consume food or drink on the premises that has not been
supplied by the hotel. The guest house is total non smoking ,meat,
fish, egg and alcohol free premises and a charge will be made for not
respecting these policies, which are displayed in the room. The guests
will also be asked to leave immediately for not respecting the
parameters of the Retreat.
The Phoenix Retreat will
not be liable for any failure to provide, or delay in providing,
facilities or services as a result of events or matters outside the
hotel's control.
The Phoenix Retreat, will
take all reasonable steps to ensure that the requirements of each
client are met.
